             卡佩克先生出任香格里拉酒店集团区域经理

             及北京中国大饭店总经理


             近日,卡佩克 (Stephan Kapek) 先生被任命为香格里拉酒店集团区域经理和北京中国大饭店总经理,
             将负责北京中国大饭店、国贸大酒店、新国贸饭店和北京香格里拉饭店 4 家酒店的全面运营工作。
             卡佩克先生来自德国,拥有 25 年酒店管理从业经验,在接任中国大饭店总经理之前,曾担任北京香
             格里拉饭店总经理职务。在过去近 30 年的时间里,卡佩克先生的工作区域遍布欧洲、非洲和亚洲。
             自 2005 年加入香格里拉酒店集团,卡佩克先生先后管理菲律宾香格里拉麦丹岛度假酒店,阿布扎比
             香格里拉酒店、阿布扎比盛贸饭店、迪拜盛贸饭店、新国贸饭店和北京香格里拉饭店,在其管理下的
             每家酒店均能超额完成业绩任务,大大提高客户满意度,在业内有口皆碑。

             APPOINTS STEPHAN KAPEK TO NEW ROLES



             Beijing, 17 January 2019 – Mr. Stephan Kapek has been appointed area manager and general manager of China
             World Hotel, Beijing.  He will be responsible for the overall operations and services of the three hotels in China
             World Trade Centre, including China World Hotel, Beijing; China World Summit Wing, Beijing and Hotel Jen
             Beijing as well as the Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing in the West of Beijing.
             Mr. Kapek has more than 25 years of management experience.  Prior to joining China World Hotel, Beijing, he was
             the general manager of Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing.  Over the past three decades, Mr. Kapek has worked in Europe,
             Africa, and Asia.  He started his hospitality career with the group in 2005.
             Mr. Kapek’s recent positions include senior management posts at Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort & Spa, Cebu;
             Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi; Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi; Traders Hotel, Dubai; Hotel
             Jen Beijing and Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing. Each and every hotel under his management has not only outperformed
             its targets, they have also substantially improved their customer satisfaction scores.
